Time reporting, automatic driving-journal, employer ledger

As an employee you can track and register your work fast, easily, and accurately, as well as receive reminders if you forget to report your time. At the same time it will also function as an employer-ledger.

Högst upp syns datumet, ditt namn och hur många timmar du jobbat aktuell månad samt denna dag.
Här navigerar du till tidigare arbetade dagar samt dagens datum, under syns månadens datum som fylls på ju fler dagar går på månaden. Endast dagar utan tidsregistrering visas här
Här startar och stoppar du arbetsdagen samt väljer vilket projekt du lagt ner tid på just denna dag. Det går även att manuellt skriva in arbetstiderna och noteringar.
Om du fått förhinder en arbetsdag kan du klicka i det passande förhindret och klickar spara längst ner.
Har du använt ett fordon under arbetsdagen klickar du i det här så rapporteras det tillsammans med arbetstiden.

At the top you can see the date, your name and how many hours you have worked during the current month and day.

Navigate to previous days and dates, underneath this you can see the dates of the month filling up as the month passes. Only days without time entries are seen here.

Here you start and stop your workday, as well as choose what project you have spent time on, during this particular day. It is also possible to manually type in the work-hours, and notes.

If you are unable to work one day, you can choose the suitable reason and click save at the bottom.

If you have used a company vehicle during the workday, you can set the correct option here and it will be reported together with the work hours.

Save all your entries.

What is the progress status on the projects and how much are you employees working? As an admin you will get a clear accounting of the hours and progress.
